Job summary

Tripod Partners is seeking an experienced Locum Social Worker to support a focused review project ahead of a CQC inspection. The role requires strong assessment and review skills to ensure individuals are receiving the right care and support to meet their needs.

You will visit service users in their placements, complete reviews of care and support plans, and liaise with families and care providers. Expect to complete about 5–7 reviews per week at a rate of £38 per hour (Umbrella).

Qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
• Experience completing statutory reviews and assessments.
• Confident working independently and managing a varied workload.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
