Charles Hunter Associates is seeking an experienced Adult Social Worker to join the CHC Reviews Team on a locum basis in Greater Manchester. The role involves completing reviews, assessing eligibility and ensuring care plans reflect current needs.
You will liaise with individuals, families and professionals to support effective outcomes. A Social Work degree with at least 2 years post-qualification experience is essential; Frontline Adult Service experience is advantageous.

About you:
A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2-year experience is essential to be considered for this role. Experience working in a Frontline Adult Service lends well to the success of this position.
