Bristol NHS Foundation Trust seeks a full-time consultant in the Plastic Surgery Department for a fixed 12-month post. The post includes limb reconstruction and general plastic surgery with scope for sub-specialty interests.

The Burns & Plastic Surgery service operates across Southmead Hospital and City Hospital. The post holder will contribute to a busy service, attend regular clinics, and participate in the on-call rota within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Fellow of Royal College of Surgeons or equivalent (FEBOPRAS)
• Full GMC registration
• Must have CCT or be within 6 months of obtaining it at interview
• Higher academic qualification (MD, PhD or equivalent) optional

Responsabilités

• Deliver limb reconstruction and general plastic surgery.
• Participate in Plastic Surgery Service and On-Call rota.
• Take part in elective theatres and outpatient clinics.
• Collaborate with head and neck, orthoplastics, oncology and dermatology teams.
