You will deliver specialist occupational therapy services, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop bespoke care plans, while supporting care staff and collaborating with the review team to maximize client independence.

Qualifikationen

• HCPC registration is required.
• Full driving licence for community visits.
• Ability to deliver occupational therapy in double-handed care scenarios.
• Collaborate with review team to develop care plans.
