Job summary

University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust is inviting applications for a locum consultant knee to deliver consultant-level knee care across designated Trust sites. The post supports high-volume elective knee activity with a focus on improving patient flow in outpatient and surgical pathways.

You will join a multidisciplinary Orthopaedic team and work closely with consultant knee colleagues, specialty doctors and allied health professionals.

Responsibilities

• Consultant-led outpatient clinics across knee service.
• Multidisciplinary working and clinical decision-making with radiology, anaesthetics and rehabilitation colleagues.
• Contribute to service improvement and elective recovery initiatives during the contract period.
