Locum Ready is seeking a GMC-registered General Practitioner to work across a GP practice in Southall. You will manage a varied caseload, perform high-quality patient assessments and provide continuity where needed.

The role offers ad-hoc or regular weekly sessions with potential for long-term bookings, supported by strong admin and clear clinical workflows within a team-focused primary care setting.

Qualifications

• GMC-registered General Practitioner
• Active inclusion on the NHS Performers List
• Recent UK primary care experience
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
• Familiarity with EMIS, SystmOne or similar systems
• Valid indemnity and Enhanced DBS

Responsibilities

• Running routine and urgent GP clinics
• Managing acute presentations and complex cases
• Providing telephone consultations and triage as part of daily workflow
• Reviewing investigations, results and medication queries
• Prescribing safely and appropriately
• Documenting consultations clearly using the clinical system
