Job summary

Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a 12-month locum consultant in ENT with a passion for otology. The role encompasses general adult and paediatric ENT, elective and emergency care, and involves developing a dedicated sub-specialist interest in otology and paediatric hearing loss.

Applicants should have FRCS (ORL-HNS) and completed higher training or be within six months of CCT.

Job description

A 12-month locum consultant post in ENT surgery with an interest in otology sits in the ENT team at Tameside Hospital, run by Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. The work covers general adult and paediatric ENT, including elective and emergency patient management. The post holder is also expected to build a sub-specialist interest in otology and paediatric hearing loss to add to the team's services. Applicants need FRCS (ORL-HNS) and completed higher training or a CCT within six months.

What’s required
