Locum Commercial Contracts Solicitor - Full Time & Part time roles – Remote Working – Up to £60 per hour umbrella

Venn Group’s specialist legal team is currently working with a Local Authority seeking two experienced Commercial Solicitors to join their team on a full-time and part-time, remote working basis.

Role Overview:

Position: 2x Commercial Contracts Solicitors

Contract Length: Initial 6 months with the possibility of extension

Rate: Up to £60 per hour (Umbrella)

Key responsibilities:

• Handle a wide range of contracts, including service agreements, grant funding, construction, social care, and estates
• Provide legal support to the Local Authority and ensure compliance
• Offer clear and strategic legal advice to key stakeholders within the organization

Requirements:

• Public Sector experience is essential
• Ability to work independently and provide expert legal advice on all commercial matters

This role offers a flexible working arrangement and an attractive rate of up to £60 per hour umbrella.
