Locum Ready is recruiting an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to work with a GP practice in Ruislip. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, make safe clinical decisions and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes in a supportive primary care setting.

Join a team of GPs, Nurses and clinicians, with a mix of urgent care, routine appointments and clinical triage. Flexible sessions with long-term or short-term engagements tailored to your availability.

Qualifications

• Level 7 Advanced Clinical Practitioner training completed.
• Independent prescribing qualification (V300) desirable.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care or emergency settings.
• Excellent clinical reasoning and patient communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in clinic.
• Enhanced DBS and up-to-date clinical training.

Responsibilities

• Managing same-day and routine ACP appointments
• Assessing, diagnosing and treating a wide range of presentations
• Supporting on-the-day demand through telephone triage
• Prescribing independently where qualified
• Actioning results, referrals and follow-up tasks
• Maintaining accurate and compliant patient records
