Locum Ready is seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join a GP practice in West Byfleet. The ACP will conduct autonomous assessments, manage urgent and routine presentations, and run own clinics within a supportive, structured primary care setting.

You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team, with clear pathways and strong admin support to ensure smooth, efficient session delivery and excellent patient care.

Competenze

• Advanced Clinical Practitioner qualification (Level 7 or postgraduate).
• Background may be Nursing, Paramedic Science, Physiotherapy, or similar.
• Independent Prescribing qualification (V300 or equivalent) preferred.
• Recent experience in primary care, urgent care or UTC settings.
• Confident autonomous clinician with strong decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with EMIS, SystmOne or Vision.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.
