Job summary

Enable is seeking a motivated Team Facilitator to lead a frontline management team in the Highlands Community PA Service. You will supervise Personal Assistants, drive service delivery, and support safeguarding and quality assurance initiatives.

This role requires a full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and willingness to travel across Highlands. You will work closely with the Transformation Manager to ensure person-centred support and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with adults and children with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism and physical support needs.
• Experience in using person centred planning techniques and delivering/leading high-quality support.
• Strong facilitation skills to encourage staff teams to take ownership of the quality of support.
• Excellent communication with people supported, staff teams, families and external care professionals.
• Ability to work flexibly, including on-call rota and travel across Highlands.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of Personal Assistants; conduct regular supervisions and performance reviews.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred support and promote choice, independence, dignity and inclusion.
• Prepare and maintain staff rotas and keep accurate confidential records compliant with GDPR.
• Build relationships with families, health professionals and external agencies; attend meetings and reviews.
• Participate in an on-call rota and travel to services across Highlands as required.

Education

SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
