Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking a Localization Associate within the RL EMEA & LATAM Digital Commerce team to manage translation projects and ensure high-quality copy across product descriptions and campaigns. The role requires coordinating with external linguists and internal language teams to meet timelines.

The ideal candidate will have localization experience, familiarity with translation technologies, and strong English communication skills, with additional language ability considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end translation and localization projects with Vendor PMs and language teams.
• Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met and provide pre/post-translation support.
• Own linguistic UAT on content pages and UI enhancements for customer experience.
• Support language teams by answering queries, setting deadlines and maintaining documents.
• Collaborate with external linguists and vendors to maintain tools, workflow, glossaries and style guides.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
