Job summary

Skills for Care is seeking a Locality Manager for the Midlands region. The role is home-based with expectation of travel within the locality and region, and occasional national travel where required. The Midlands team covers Leicester, Leicestershire, Rutland, North and West Northampton, and candidates should live within a reasonable commutable distance.

Salary is £53,626.65 per annum. This is a permanent, full-time position (36 hours per week) with a closing date of 14 October 2026.

As a Locality Manager, your role is pivotal to support the sector to respond and adapt to the emerging trends and needs within social care, using our Adult Social Care – Workforce Data Set data, sector insight and engagement work to drive forward our ambitions for widescale change.

This vacancy is based in our Midlands regional team covering Leicester, Leicestershire, Rutland, North and West Northampton. Candidates will need to live within reasonable commutable distance of this area.
