As a Locality Manager, you’ll lead a team of senior practitioners, social workers, and support staff to deliver high-quality adult social care services. You’ll ensure assessments, planning, and provision of care are evidence-based, person-centred, and aligned with statutory requirements. This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll shape services, manage resources, and foster innovation to improve outcomes for adults in Herefordshire.
