Job summary

Housing 21 is seeking a Local Housing Manager to lead housing and support services across Retirement Living schemes in Cheltenham. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure tenancy sustainment, resident wellbeing and community engagement.

The role focuses on high-quality customer service, safeguarding residents, and coordinating with colleagues and contractors to maintain safe, responsive housing schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience working in social housing, especially for older people (desirable).
• Ability to read, write and use basic numeracy effectively.
• Understanding of tenancy sustainment and resident wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality housing and support services to residents.
• Manage all aspects of court life and relationships with the local community.
• Ensure buildings are safe and secure and support residents to live independently.
