Job summary

You will analyze local market dynamics, optimize traffic, collaborate with channels, and tailor messaging for local languages and culture.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience or academic equivalent.
• Fluent in local language and English; additional German, Dutch or French is a plus.
• Experience with digital channels to drive traffic and conversions.
• Experience in customer marketing and campaign planning.
• Familiarity with lead management and prospecting strategies.
• Ability to analyze competitors and market opportunities.
• Understanding of customer data for retention and re-engagement.

Responsibilities

• Identify local customer development opportunities based on behavior, industry and potential value.
• Collaborate with channels to daily optimize incoming traffic and convert traffic into returning loyal customers online.
• Analyze local competitors and implement online improvements.
• Maintain awareness of local industry trends and customer expectations.
• Leverage local CRM insights to support customer loyalty and re-engagement programs in collaboration with Central Marketing.
• Works with local customer Service and Sales teams to follow-up on customer feedback and development to increase webshop performance.
• Advise Central Marketing on developing customer segmentation.
• Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns that resonate with local audiences in corporation with central marketing.
• Optimize messaging and tone of voice based on local language, culture and seasonality.
• Support identifying sales and marketing levers to drive qualified traffic and customer growth.
