Job summary

Co-op is hiring Customer Team Members in Crawley for a part-time role with 16 hours per week plus regular overtime. You’ll join a friendly team, deliver helpful service, and may work in a post office, bakery, or order-packing for home delivery.

You’ll be stocking shelves, assisting customers, and promoting Co-op Membership while supporting store operations and community initiatives. Full training is provided.

• Ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team.
• Genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the store by delivering friendly service and helping to put things right when needed.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Hands-on on the shop floor and tills to create a great shopping experience.
• Help maintain store performance by stocking shelves and checking prices, dates, and stock accuracy.
• Ensure the store is safe and legal, with correct prices and temperatures.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support the local community.
