Job summary

Booker Group is recruiting for a Class 2 delivery driver to join the local delivery team. You will work around 45 hours per week on an Any 5 from 7 pattern, delivering to regular customers and maintaining high service standards. Overtime and CPC training hours are available, with a focus on safe driving and compliance with GDPR.

This role supports Booker’s local distribution network and involves keeping the vehicle clean and assisting the branch when not on the road. [e-mail]

Qualifications

• Class 2 vehicle knowledge and safe use of delivery equipment.
• Experience with multi-drop deliveries preferred.
• Good customer service skills and resilience.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain safety.
• Resilience and a positive outlook.

Responsibilities

• Drive locally and deliver to regular customers.
• Safely loading and unloading, using delivery equipment.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and comply with company policies.
• Support branch function when not on road.
• Adhere to GDPR guidelines and Booker Code of Conduct.
