Job summary

Booker is recruiting for Class 2 drivers to join our Transport Team at the Booker Retail Partner site. You will be responsible for the safe delivery of stock to our independent retailers stores, with manual handling and outdoor work in variable weather conditions.

Routes vary daily and overtime is available. A fully funded CPC and Class 2 licence are required, along with excellent customer service skills and flexibility to work 48 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Class 2 Licence Holder
• Driver CPC Holder
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Experience of multi-drop; temperature controlled food deliveries preferred, but not essential
• Available to work 48 hours a week (overtime available)
• Routes vary daily; flexible in work and hours including short notice

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver stock to independent retailers
• Handle manual tasks and handballing as required
• Work across varying routes with possible overtime opportunities
