Job summary

Booker is seeking a delivery driver to join our local delivery team in Wolverhampton. You will drive a Class 2 vehicle, deliver to regular customers, and help maintain our high service standards.

Working an Any 5 from 7 pattern with some weekend shifts, you will load and unload the vehicle, follow safety policies, and represent Booker with a professional appearance and great customer service.

Qualifications

• A positive outlook with great customer service skills.
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
• Previous Class 2 experience, multi drop preferred.
• Knowledge of safe loading/unloading practices and delivery equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver locally and build relationships with our regular customers.
• Ensure deliveries on time with a great service.
• Safely loading and unloading the vehicle and handling delivery equipment.
• Adhere to company policies, GDPR guidelines, and safety procedures.
• Represent Booker with a professional appearance and comply with the Booker Code of Conduct.
• Support branch functions when not on the road, including vehicle upkeep.
