Job summary

Booker Group in the UK is seeking delivery drivers to join our local driving team. You will drive locally, load at the branch and deliver to regular customers, building relationships and ensuring on-time service.

This is a 7-day operation and may include weekend work. A Cat C / 18T licence is required with at least two years driving experience; delivery driving experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years driving experience minimum.
• Delivery driving experience preferred.
• A Cat C / 18T licence (Class 2) is required.
• Ability to carry out manual deliveries.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive customer service attitude.
• Good literacy and numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Load stock into the vehicle at the Branch and unload at customer premises.
• Ensure paperwork is completed accurately.
• Drive locally and build relationships with regular customers.
• Deliver to customers on time and provide great service.
• Support a 7-day operation, with possible weekend work.
