Job summary

Rapport Guest Services in the United Kingdom is seeking a Lobby Host to join a team of 11 Hosts, delivering a standout welcome to visitors and occupiers. The role supports consistent service excellence in a busy lobby environment.

This is a full-time, permanent position, 40 hours per week on a shift rota from 7 AM to 7 PM, with a salary of £36,600 per annum. You will collaborate with security and colleagues to maintain a safe, presentable lobby and ensure a seamless client journey.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional welcome by greeting, guiding and supporting visitors throughout the lobby space.
• Keep the lobby environment presentable, safe and aligned with client standards.
• Coordinate visitor access using the visitor management app, collaborating with security and following procedures.
• Answer enquiries professionally, provide accurate information and resolve issues for a seamless journey.
• Communicate effectively with teams, share updates and support colleagues to maintain service consistency.
• Take ownership of service delivery, assist new starters, handovers and maintain high operational standards.

Job description

We are seeking a Lobby Host to join our excellent team at Rapport. The Lobby Host will be part of a team of 11 Hosts to determine the first impressions visitors and occupiers have. They will work in partnership with each other and their team leaders to establish consistent service excellence.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday - Friday, on a shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM)

Salary: £36,600 per annum

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the lobby environment ensuring it remains presentable, safe and aligned with the client's standards.
• Coordinate visitor access using the visitor management app, collaborating with security and following all access procedures.
• Handle enquiries professionally providing accurate information, resolving issues and ensuring a seamless client journey.
• Communicate effectively with teams sharing updates, reporting concerns and supporting colleagues to deliver consistent service.
• Take ownership of service delivery anticipating needs, supporting new starters, completing handovers and maintaining high operational standards.
