Job Description:

Position Overview:

This position is supervisory and has direct reports. It involves managing the quarterly commercial valuation process for institutional consulting engagements. Responsibilities include overseeing the valuation management division, reviewing appraisals, executive summaries, cash flows, and performing portfolio analytics.

Essential Job Functions:

• Manage the quarterly valuation process and ensure quality control within the valuation team.
• Supervise workflow and direct reports to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in valuation reviews and client consulting through organizational and technical skills.
• Communicate and coordinate with market participants, clients, and team members.
• Review third-party appraisal reports.
• Develop review reports, consulting reports, and other deliverables.
• Resolve non-compliance issues via communication with clients or involved parties.
• Work independently and collaboratively as a team player.
• Supervise and mentor staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• At least 6+ years of relevant industry experience, with 1+ years at a Senior Associate level or equivalent.
• Certified General Real Property Appraiser License is a plus.
• MAI designation or candidate for MAI preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Argus.
