Job Title: Loan Operations Analyst (Remediation) - London

Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity to work with a prestigious Tier 1 Investment Bank as part of a fast-paced Loan Servicing operations team. The role involves communication with multiple internal and external teams, focusing on a 3-month data remediation project related to Credit Agreement documentation. Candidates should have experience with commercial loans (bilateral and syndicated) and loan lifecycle knowledge.

Responsibilities:
  1. Review Credit Agreement documentation thoroughly across a defined population.
  2. Identify and investigate discrepancies between internal systems and source documentation.
  3. Remediate data inconsistencies and propose solutions to Team Leads.
  4. Liaise with clients to confirm and agree on remediation actions.
  5. Validate corrected data and ensure documentation aligns with internal records.
  6. Provide progress updates and adhere to SLAs.
  7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders for smooth remediation execution.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with Credit Agreements, understanding key terms like facility maturity dates.
  • Proficiency in LoanIQ platform.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented with a methodical approach.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to meet project timelines and SLAs.
Additional Information:
