Job summary

TEKsystems seeks a Loans Administrator / Loan Operations Specialist in London. This hybrid contract role supports a portfolio of syndicated and bilateral facilities, handling drawdowns, rollovers, rate fixings, and reconciliations while maintaining loan documentation.

You will coordinate with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, Legal teams and Operations partners to ensure accurate funding, booking, and ongoing portfolio maintenance, delivering a seamless transaction flow.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in loan administration, loan operations or loan servicing.
• Experience with syndicated and/or bilateral lending products.
• Ability to review and manage loan documentation and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of syndicated and bilateral loan facilities.
• Process drawdowns, rollovers, rate fixings, assignments, revaluations, fee calculations and reconciliations.
• Review and maintain loan documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Support loan funding, booking and ongoing portfolio maintenance.
• Act as a key contact for clients, lenders and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, Legal teams and Operations partners.

We are seeking an experienced Loans Administrator / Loan Operations Specialist to join a leading global financial institution's Loans Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in loan servicing, loan administration, syndicated lending, and agency operations to support a diverse portfolio of lending transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of syndicated and bilateral loan facilities.


• Process drawdowns, rollovers, rate fixings, assignments, revaluations, fee calculations, and reconciliations.


• Review and maintain loan documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.


• Support loan funding, booking, and ongoing portfolio maintenance.


• Act as a key contact for clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders.


• Work closely with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, Legal teams, and Operations partners to facilitate seamless transaction execution.

Required Experience

• Proven Experience in Loan Administration, Loan Operations, or Loan Servicing.


• Strong understanding of syndicated and/or bilateral lending products.


• Experience managing loan documentation and operational processes.


• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Loan IQ.


• Previous agency documentation Experience.
