Job summary

Stafforce Ports in Hull is recruiting an experienced Shovel Driver to join our busy Hull Docks operation. You will operate a Loading Shovel safely, load and unload materials, and move bulk goods around the site while meeting daily targets and upholding health and safety standards.

We offer weekly pay, opportunities for overtime, and ongoing training. Immediate start available for the right candidate who works reliably and communicates well, with a flexible approach to shifts and a strong work

Qualifications

• Experience as a Shovel Driver or similar role.
• Valid CPCS/NPORS loading shovel licence.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operating a Loading Shovel safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading materials
• Moving bulk materials around the site
• Carrying out daily vehicle and equipment checks
• Reporting any defects or maintenance issues
• Adhering to all site health and safety procedures
• Supporting other operational duties when required
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
