Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking a Loading Shovel Operator to join our ongoing site position in Scunthorpe. You will operate loading shovel machinery safely, move materials, and support production teams on a 4 on/4 off shift pattern with day and night work.

Applicants must have a CPCS/NPORS loading shovel licence, at least 1 year of machine experience, and a reliable, safety-focused mindset. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Loading Shovel Operator

We are seeking a reliable and safety‑focused

Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off

Applicants must be able to work both day and night shifts.

Pay Rates

Standard Rate: £17.13 per hour

Week day Overtime £22.27 per hour

Minimum 1 year's experience operating a loading shovel

Valid loading shovel licence (CPCS/NPORS or equivalent)

• Ability to work both days and nights
• Strong awareness of site safety
• Reliable, flexible and a team player
• Good communication skills and a positive approach
