Job summary

Smart Solutions in Nottingham (NG4) is seeking an experienced Loading Shovel Driver for a busy wood recycling facility. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 4:00am0pm, with a 30-minute unpaid break.

You will operate the loading shovel, load wood waste, move and stockpile materials, and perform daily safety checks. The ideal candidate has a valid loading shovel licence, experience in recycling or waste management, and a reliable, punctual attitude to meet the early start.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a loading shovel.
• A valid Loading Shovel licence or recognised competency certificate.
• Experience within recycling, waste management or a similar industrial environment is desirable.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work the 4:00am start.
• Own transport is recommended due to the early start time.

Loading Shovel Driver – Wood Recycling Facility
