Job summary

Buffalo Rock Company in the Central Hub is seeking a Forklift Operator (Loading) to load routes accurately and safely. This role requires operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts, performing pre-trip checks, and maintaining orderly staging and inventory move processes.

You will use an RF scanner and Warehouse Management System, rotate stock per FEFO, and support other teams as needed while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read product packaging and communicate in English via radio.
• Must be able to pass forklift certification.
• Ability to perform basic math and use Warehouse Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate different types of forklifts (stand-up and sit-down) safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-trip inspection on equipment and report issues.
• Load/unload trailers and ensure correct sequence per route/trailer.
• Move products to designated staging areas and maintain accurate records in the WMS.
