Job summary

DO & CO London (luxury airline catering) is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to model exceptional quality, lead daily operations, and ensure on-time, efficient delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate pick-ups, truck checks, and loading to flights, collaborating with Transport and Dispatch while maintaining health, safety, and food safety standards. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure DO & CO quality is delivered on time and efficiently.
• Coordinate daily activities such as pick-ups and truck checks per manifest; meet tight deadlines.
• Ensure correct trucks carry flights per allocation; verify loading accuracy.
• Collaborate with Transport and Dispatch to ensure smooth delivery to aircraft.
• Maintain SOPs, health and safety, food safety, and legal compliance at all times.
• Provide productivity and performance reports to management.
• Coach and develop team members; support succession planning and growth.

Job Description

• The Warehouse Supervisor will be a role model to ensure the exceptional DO & CO quality is delivered on time with maximum efficiency in accordance with customer requirements
• Controlling all daily activities such as pick up times, truck checks according to manifest, working accurately under tight deadlines
• Ensuring flights loaded onto correct trucks as per allocation sheet
• Working closely with Transport and Dispatch department to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of goods to aircrafts
• Ensuring operations adhere to all SOP's and all relevant Critical Control Points, Health and Safety, Food safety and all legal requirements
• Providing reports on productivity and other performance indicators to management
• Driving success by proactively managing team performance, provide development and succession planning opportunities
