Job summary

Randstad Inhouse Services in Haydock is hiring a Loader for a fast-paced, chilled warehouse role. You will help load food products, keeping shelves stocked for stores around the UK, with full-time shifts and a 6 AM–2 PM timetable.

Pay starts at £12.73 per hour (incl premium) for the first 12 weeks, rising to £14.23 per hour afterwards, plus overtime at 1.5x. Weekly pay and productivity bonuses up to £100 per week add to the overall package; a permanent contract is likely after 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Loading and Picking using MHE.
• Proven experience using LLOPs/Chariots.
• Comfort in a chilled environment and willingness to work in cold.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20kg.
• Availability to work 5 shifts a week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Loading Operations: loading food products to keep shelves stocked UK-wide.
• Work in a chilled environment (3–5 degrees).
• In downtime, picking or miscellaneous warehouse tasks to support colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of product quality.

Working Hours

• AM Shift: 6 AM until 2 PM.
• Full-time hours available, working any 5 out of 7 days, including weekends and Bank holidays.

Competitive Pay

Your Role
