Teignbridge District Council is seeking a Loader to join the recycling and refuse team. The role is permanent, 37 hours per week, with duties including moving and lifting containers and ensuring correct materials are collected.

Join the recycling and refuse team as a loader and be part of the vital crew keeping the area clean, safe and reducing the environmental impact of waste.
The role involves moving, lifting and handling recycling/refuse containers, ensuring the right recycling materials are collected from recycling boxes and food waste containers.
You will have an understanding of operational health and safety, and have previous experience of working in a manual role.
You will enjoy working together as part of a team to deliver on our vision of making Teignbridge a healthy and desirable place where people want to live, work and visit.
