Job summary

Ubico Limited in Wiltshire is recruiting Loaders to undertake collection of refuse and recyclables from properties across Wiltshire. If you want an active outdoors role and a great work-life balance, this is the job for you.

You will work outdoors in all weather, be fit to lift heavy objects and walk long distances each day. We offer Driver CPC training, progression support, flexible working, generous leave, a pension scheme and access to Ubico Perks and wellbeing resources.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and adapt to equipment.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather and lift heavy objects.
• Walk 8-10 miles daily at a brisk pace.

• Collect refuse and recyclables from properties across Wiltshire.
• Operate collection routes safely and efficiently as directed.
• Maintain safety and perform duties in all weather conditions.

Job description

We require Loaders to undertake collection of refuse and recyclables from properties throughout Wiltshire.

You will need…

• Basic knowledge of refuse and recycling operations and willingness to learn
• Previous experience of working with mobile or static plant and equipment would be advantageous
• Be prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Be fit and able to lift heavy objects (and walk 8-10 miles each day at a brisk pace)
