Job summary

Redline Group Ltd is seeking a Service Engineer to work on load bank and generator systems across customer sites. You will install, commission, service, maintain and test equipment in the field.

The role requires hands-on electrical and mechanical fault-finding, reading schematics, and willingness to travel. You will report on-site, complete commissioning records, and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Service Engineer role with load banks or power equipment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
• Experience with load testing, commissioning, or system validation is desirable.
• Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, commissioning, servicing, maintenance, and testing of load banks and generator systems at customer locations.
• Perform load testing and system validation to meet standards.
• On-site fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Complete service reports and commissioning records in line with SOPs.
