Venture Global LNG seeks a Production Engineer to optimize the CP2 Facility LNG Trains, improving availability and performance. The role reports to Production Engineering management and involves real-time surveillance, data-driven optimization, and coordinating with engineering, maintenance, and operations to maximize LNG output.

Located in Cameron, LA with travel to sites as needed, the position requires a bachelor's in chemical/production engineering, 3+ years' experience, and LNG/oil and gas

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Process, Production/Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Production Engineer with a track record of production performance improvement.
• Oil and Gas experience required; LNG preferred, other hydrocarbon processing acceptable.

Mansioni

• Set daily production targets and operating limits for CP2 Facility LNG Trains.
• Build and maintain real-time surveillance and monitoring models to optimize plant performance.
• Identify deviations from operating envelopes and implement actions to maximize LNG rundown.
• Identify and drive short- to long-term availability and reliability improvements for LNG trains.
• Lead or participate in investigations and change management to improve train performance.
• Collect assumptions for forecasts and support long-term planning and LTSA processes.
