Job summary

Living Well Officer in Manchester on a temporary contract. You will support residents to maintain independence, sustain tenancies and make positive changes in their lives.

Your role covers the South Manchester area, building trusted relationships with residents, families and partner agencies while providing early intervention and appropriate signposting. You will identify underlying issues, work with safeguarding and risk management, and keep accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in frontline housing, support or tenancy sustainment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Person-centred and strengths-based approach.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and prioritise competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention and practical support to help residents sustain tenancies.
