Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in litigation and managing own caseload.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with good court procedure knowledge.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of litigation matters from instruction through to resolution.
• Deal confidently with clients, third parties and other legal professionals.
• Progress cases and meet court deadlines.
• Experience with debt recovery, housing disrepair and civil litigation.
