User Voice in London is seeking a Project Manager for our Lived Experience Programmes to oversee two major initiatives at the intersection of Health Justice and forensic mental health services.

The role requires personal lived experience of the criminal justice system, strong project management leadership, and experience in mental health settings, ideally secure or forensic services. You will work within prisons, secure hospitals, and NHS commissioning environments.

Qualifications

• Personal lived experience of the criminal justice system is essential.
• Substantial project management experience is required.
• Experience in mental health settings, ideally secure/forensic services.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills are expected.
• Deep understanding of trauma-informed practice is needed.
• Ability to operate confidently within prisons, secure hospitals, and NHS commissioning environments.
