Job summary

Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Buckinghamshire is recruiting for an 18-month Liaison and Diversion role. You will draw on your own recovery journey to support individuals through the Criminal Justice System and help them access services that improve health and wellbeing.

The post emphasises being a positive role model, providing emotional and practical support, and helping service users engage with services. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.

• Use own lived experience of the Criminal Justice System to support service users.
• Provide emotional and practical support to service users in recovery.
• Be a positive role model to guide and motivate engagement with services.

• Provide one-to-one practical and emotional support to our clients.
• Encourage service users to access health and wellbeing services.
• Show visible recovery and help others to believe change is possible.
