Job summary

Hawk-Eye Innovations seeks a Project Delivery Technician (Hardware) to assemble and configure hardware, test against specs and ensure builds are ready to deploy. You will work closely with the Hardware Project Managers to hit build schedules, manage stock and maintain project bays, while troubleshooting issues and documenting configurations.

The role emphasizes hands-on hardware work, safety, and staying current with technology trends, with on-site work five days a week at the Basingstoke head

• Diligent and organised approach to resolving issues and replacements.
• Responsible for own work and safety on site.
• Flexibility to be on-site up to 7 days per year.

Responsibilities

• Assemble computer systems and hardware components per spec.
• Configure hardware and integrate with software applications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations and test checklists.
• Manage hardware inventory and project bays in coordination with stock control.
• Coordinate with Hardware Project Managers to hit build schedules.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues during builds.
• Stay updated on hardware trends and maintain safe working practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
