Job summary

Hawk-Eye Innovations Ltd. is seeking a Project Delivery Technician (Hardware) to join our Basingstoke team. You will assemble and configure hardware from components to subsystems, test against specifications and ensure readiness for deployment on-site.

You will collaborate with Hardware Project Managers to hit build schedules, manage stock and maintain accurate documentation. The role requires practical, hands-on work and a commitment to safety and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Must possess eagerness to learn new skills and cover evolving hardware technologies.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask, think analytically and solve problems.
• Diligent and organised approach to resolving technical issues and providing clear solutions.
• Take responsibility for own work, standards and training.
• Competent in use of tooling and responsible for H&S.
• Flexibility to support up to 7 days on-site per year.

Responsibilities

• Assemble computer systems, servers or hardware components per project specs and documentation.
• Configure hardware components and operating systems; ensure compatibility with software.
• Maintain records of hardware configurations, build and testing checklists.
• Coordinate with stock controller and warehousing to manage inventory for project builds.
• Work with Hardware Project Managers to meet build schedules and timelines.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues during builds and document learnings.
• Stay updated on hardware trends to provide innovative client solutions.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment complying with industry standards.
