Job summary

Based in Kent, you will manage programmes, lookaheads, and procurement while maintaining site performance and regulatory compliance. A relevant civil engineering qualification and proven PM experience are essential.

Qualifications

Experience delivering civil engineering or construction projects in complex operational environments.
Proven ability to manage programme, sequencing and delivery under constraints.
Strong knowledge of UK health & safety regulations, including CDM 2015.
Experience managing multi-disciplinary works and subcontractor interfaces.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Commercial awareness and contract administration capability.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of construction and engineering works across marine and landside scopes.
Develop and manage project programmes, sequencing and delivery plans, including lookaheads and risk mitigation.
Manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee subcontractor procurement, mobilisation and performance management.
Coordinate design management, approvals and technical assurance to ensure compliant delivery.
Drive site team performance, supporting development and maintaining high standards of delivery.
Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 and all health, safety and environmental requirements.
Maintain quality assurance processes, documentation and successful commissioning and handover.
