Job summary

TikTok Commerce is seeking a Country Business Partner (Governance and Experience) in London to advise country leadership and regional stakeholders, translating market insights into actionable improvements across Policy, Product, and Operations. You will own governance risk mitigation and track key metrics to drive service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Turkish.
Experience in business operations, strategy, governance, policy, or platform operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approaches.
Proven ability to build operating mechanisms, improve processes, and monitor health metrics.

Responsibilities

Advise country leadership and regional stakeholders as the GNE business partner.
Translate market insights into actionable improvements by coordinating with Policy, Product, Operations, Governance and cross-functional teams.
Identify and mitigate governance and operational risks with root-cause analyses and cross-functional plans.
Own market health and performance by monitoring NPS, CSAT, complaint rates, enforcement trends, and escalations.
Lead policy localization, GTM execution, and market enablement with localized guidance and training.
Drive operations excellence at scale using robust risk monitoring frameworks and AI-enabled workflows.
