Job summary

TikTok LIVE in London is seeking a proactive Strategy & Operations Graduate to join the Creator Network Operations team. You will support daily LIVE operations, develop educational materials for creators, and assist in campaign planning and execution.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning in a fast-paced environment, interaction with creators, and exposure to project work—from in-person events to online initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong interest in live-streaming and the creator economy.
• Good data interpretation and logical thinking.
• Understanding of internet operations (growth funnel, retention, campaign lifecycle).
• Familiar with TikTok or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: assist in resolving creator network LIVE process issues.
• Training & Education: develop and localize educational materials for creators on guidelines and policies.
• Campaign Operations: support planning, localization, and execution of campaigns and summarize results.
• Operational Processes: collect and analyze operational challenges and identify efficiency improvements.
• Project Support: assist in a broad range of projects from in-person events to online initiatives.
