London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking an Analyst, Live Service to provide pre-trade and post-trade operational support for the LSE 24/5 operating model. The role centers on maintaining market integrity and resilience through live monitoring, order actions, and incident response.

Mansioni

• Support extended-hours trading operations as part of the LSE 24/5 model, handling live-service and post-trade issues to ensure stability and client service.
• Act as an escalation point for market events and incidents, coordinating with teams to resolve issues quickly and minimize impact.
• Perform market recovery actions including site recovery, late market starts, suspensions and resumptions.
• Provide real-time operational support across the LSE 24/5 market.
• Conduct structured shift handovers and maintain continuity across regional teams.
• Review risk indicators and track actions to remediate control gaps.
• Lead and maintain real-time instrument and reference data.
• Be the first-line contact for client queries and disputes.
• Collaborate across products and teams to drive improvements and initiatives.
• Provide weekend and bank holiday coverage as needed.
• Work with Project Managers, Technology and Sales/Trading on system enhancements.
• Assist in resolving technical and production issues and incidents.
• Investigate process failures and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in internal projects focused on process improvement and regulatory change.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• This role requires shift work to support overnight trading sessions.
