Active Care Group seeks motivated Female Support Workers for a live-in role in Worcestershire. Successful candidates will provide essential support for a client with a spinal cord injury, ensuring personal care and community engagement while adhering to a rolling two-week work schedule. Training is provided, and strong communication skills are essential for effective client interaction.
Active Care Group’s Care in the Home division continues to go from strength to strength ensuring we provide a safe, reliable and outcome-based care to all clients by our exceptional support workers, clinicians, and management team.
Please note we are not able to offer sponsorship for this role and therefore will not be able to progress any candidates who require a certificate of sponsorship to work in the UK.
We are looking to recruit experienced, highly motivated, and proactive *Female Support Workers for a live in package in Worcestershire. You will have a full clean Driving Licence be able to work on a rolling 2 weeks on 2 weeks off shift pattern. This is a zero contract with regular shifts once assigned to a client enable continuity of care.
You will be required to attend our company training which will includes staying away from home for 5 days, we will cover the cost of travel and accommodation and breakfast will be provided.
*Please note we are recruiting Female Support Workers due to a genuine occupational requirement of the person we support therefore this role is exempt from the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9
Meet our client:
Our client is a lovely gentleman who has a spinal cord injury but still enjoys being as active as possible. He is a dedicated vegetarian who prefers to eat tasty vegetarian meals with his Support Workers and has 2 dogs who he adores but needs support with their care.
