Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a Live-In Support Worker in Wales to provide personalised, one-to-one care in a client’s own home. You’ll live with the client on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off pattern, helping with daily living tasks and supporting independence.

This role covers personal care, moving and handling, simple housekeeping, and encouraging social activities and community engagement. You’ll monitor wellbeing, document progress, and report changes to the care team.
