Job Opportunity: Live In Support Worker

Join Active Care Group, the UK's largest provider of complex care, supporting clients with spinal cord injury, neurological and acquired brain injury to live independently at home. We are looking for a Live In Support Worker in the Ruthin area.

Responsibilities:

• Support our male client with spinal cord injury in his own home.
• Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting), moving and handling, domestic tasks, and social activities.

Working Details:

• Assignments typically last 2 weeks with regular, consistent work on set rolling rotas.
• Zero hours contracts; commitment to working regularly each month is required for continuity of care.

Candidate Requirements:

• Flexibility and reliability to ensure ongoing care.
• Successful candidates will undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
