We are Active Care Group, one of the leading providers of complex care. Within the Care in the Home division, we support clients with spinal cord injury, neurological and acquired brain injury to live independently in their own homes.

We'd like you to join us as a Live In Support Worker based in West Hampstead.

What you'll be doing:

• You will move into a client's home and support them with personal care (including washing, dressing and toileting), moving and handling, domestic tasks, and social activities.
• The client enjoys swimming, which is supported by a secondary agency.

When you'll be working:

• Assignments are 2 weeks long.
• Regular consistent work with rolling rotas.
• You must commit to working regularly each month to enable continuity of care for our clients.

• Ability to pick up skills and tasks quickly and use initiative.
• Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
