We're seeking a supportive and compassionate woman with the confidence to be assertive when needed. You'll work waking nights in a therapeutic, secure home for young women with complex emotional needs and sometimes challenging behavior. Salary: £31,200 per annum + Benefits
Location: Brockley, London (SE4)
Full-Time and Part-Time Permanent Positions
Working hours include 4 x 8:30 PM - 8:30 AM night shifts and 1 day shift on alternating Thursdays.
We are offering a rewarding opportunity for a Female Waking Night Childrens Residential Care Support Worker who is compassionate, dedicated, and eager to make a difference. The organization works with young women (gender-inclusive) aged 8-18 with autism and emotional needs, including challenging behaviors like self-harm and suicidal ideation.
The role involves supporting young women with mental health challenges, trauma, and developing independent living skills. Experience in relational working with trauma and mental health support for young people is essential.
